PNP into Zalto Burgundy glass (“Flower” day): Very pale ruby with orange tints, watery rim.
Very nice set of wild cranberries, florals and dash of bell peppers and white spices. Elegant and refreshing indeed.
Very good bright acidity, good mid palate concentration, a very slight hint of VA that adds to the finish. Light on its feet indeed though with fair amount of complexity and dry extracts. Good length.
Love this style of clean and bright fruit forward for Jura rouge. 93 points easy. Will be great wine to pair with food too.
