7 Days in Italy II; 2/17/2019-2/23/2019: Pale lemon color. Mineral and melon aromas. Mineral palate and medium body. Podium comes from a 15ha site. Half goes into Podium (about 12-13 parcels), and the other half stays in tank. It’s suggested that all those halves (going back to ‘91) are still in tank.

A bit flabby for me. It either needs acid or winter.

Henri Bloem annual tasting, Bloemendaal: fat, serious, concentrated, dry, but not too, needs a lot of air and some time to soften.
