  Gold with hint of green in the glass. Beautifully made wine--maybe lacking some of the depth and yeastiness of a good champagne, but it's simply delicious--and at this price point it's a killer value.

  Doftar: röda äpplen.
  
  Framförallt mogna röda äpplen. Följt av marsan, päron och brioche. Lite mineral, kaprifol. Frisk och bra längd på syran, men jag saknar lite beska... Krämig. Det är nästan champagne men mer rustik.

  Sehr hefig, sehr ausgeprägte Brioche- und Apfelnoten. Verhaltene Säure, dafür knochentrocken. Toller Aperitif, der auch einige Vorspeisen locker schaffen sollte.
