  Great cherry cola flavor, gets better with time in the glass. May decant the next bottle. Aging wonderfully. Bought in Piemonte when I was there in 2016. 4 more bottles left! Yum!

  Had this wine at the Restaurante 'Felicin' in Montforte d'Alba about one week ago. On the recommendation of the very young 23 year old and very talented Sommelier there.
  
  From memory, earthy and intense white truffles paired with heart cherries, everything so natural, good concentration, absolutely perfect balanced, drink animating, long, soft but with necessary structure and a fantastic complexity and fantastic depth. Absolute ready to drink and such a joy!
  
  The reason for the class of the wine could likely be, that it grows on a soil that is normally also used for Barolo. That's at least, what I've been told in the restaurant. Will be back in November ;-)
