  Light and clear color with tinges of green and very light gold. Amazingly young in appearance, given 13 years of age. Aromas of candied ginger and lambs wool. Nice texture, almost crunchy and bracing with its acidity, yet has a round and mouth filling character. Flavors of stone and honey and ginger, but quite ethereal in nature. This is a wonderful wine in a wonderful place.
