I’m a Loire Chenin freak. It makes up a solid quarter of my cellar, mostly Huet, Domaine Aux Moines, and Chidaine. But this bottle blew me away this morning, sitting on a stifling rooftop pool deck in Tampa. I was transported to Vouvray, or Amboise, or Montlouis. So much great acid, ripe fruit, and kerosene phenolics, this is all I ask for in a dry Chenin, and I got it for like $19. Bravo. How can I get more?!

This is probably the best showing of several of these we have had. Sufficient acidity to provide cut, with that somewhat oily texture Chenin can have. Open and showing well from pop and pour. Sadly, this was my last bottle.

Surprised by the oak treatment here. Not something that I've experienced before in a Vouvray, and not a fan. Otherwise, it was a very nice wine and very food friendly.

This bottle showed much much better than one consumed recently, crisp and fresh and not at all advanced. Fwiw, It did not sit on a retail shelf for a long while. The other bottle may have
