  • Opened 2 hours in bottle. Spigelau Burgundy glass. Medium pale red colour. Nose of attractive red fruit and floral scents. Palate of cherry and and a light structure of fine tannin and acidity. Medium long finish. Lacking in mid palate and structure. No doubt JM Millot is built in a more elegant style but the intensity, complexity and length is somewhat lacking for a wine of this caliber at this time. Perhaps time will might improve this wine.

  • Very structured and tannic, a lot of dark fruits. Quite reduced nose with complex and delicious palate. Built for aging and I wouldn’t touch it for 5-10 years. Huge upside+++
