  A private dinner (Restaurant Zoldering, Amsterdam, NL): Decanted for 30 minutes. Fragrant, all about finesse and energy, undergrowth, crisp acidity, black fruit, firm acidity, concentrated but elegant, sensual and silky texture, excellent resonance and length. Real finesse.

  A fresh, airy, cool lifting nose of fresh florals, wild strawberry and redcurrant. The mineral infused palate is elegant and pure. Unfolding layered complex flavours of red plums, black cherries, fresh herbs, sweet and pungent spices, cool soil and smoke towards the focused finish that is nicely structured, long with dusty tannins. Bright and energetic. Very fine. What a well-crafted sensual Chambolle Musigny.

  提前开瓶回塞一个小时，香气很好，有很棒的红樱桃、野樱桃、覆盆子等的果味，个中还有一点点苹果味，玫瑰好像花环一样，层叠而又有存在感，好像还有点玫瑰花露和利口酒的感觉，倏忽又纷飞起来，中后段带一点甘草梅、香料粉的味道，整体干净细腻也有坚实感。入口酸度高，具有扩张性，结构比较硬朗，集中度高，丹宁多且比较光滑，但是还汇聚中线，比较紧缩。浓缩的红黑樱桃、树莓、覆盆子、酸草莓等果味，随着醒酒还慢慢出来一些桑葚味，但是果味有点不太精确，对于骨架来说，“肉”略欠，花瓣好像在嘴里组成了花环一般，并带有清秀的脂粉感，干净的华丽感，中后段有些肉桂粉、肉感、微微烟熏和矿物感，收尾长。92-93/100

  Encore très bon, très complexe, il change en cours de soirée dans le verre. Je le trouve un peu plus costaud que la dernière bouteille bue, et semble devenir un peu plus droit avec l’aération. Ces 2017 étaient superbes à leur arrivée en cave: seraient-ils en train de se refermer? À suivre.

  Déjà superbe, comme les autres 2017 du domaine bus récemment. Un vin d’une grande finesse et beaucoup plus accessible à un stade précoce par rapport aux millésimes plus classiques qui nécessitent davantage de patience. Une belle complexité donc il sera certainement très intéressant de le suivre en cave.
