Community Tasting Notes (1) Avg Score: 90 points

  • Drunk over multiple days. Clear, brown, oily color, like good aceto balsamico or motor oil. Lots of raisin, some exotic fruit, honey and some volatile acidity on the nose. Not overly complex and exciting though. On the palate extreme sweetness balanced by a high, well integrated acidity. Very concentrated, viscous oily texture. Flavor profile was ok, with ripe fruit, rasin and honey, but not overly complex. Such kind of TBA are by default around 90 pts, but this bottle lacks depth and complexity to be really great. Will it improve? I doubt. Will it decline soon? I don't think so. This is immortal :)
