  Eðalklúbbur, sumarsmakk 2021 (Hlíðarás 10): Strágult á litinn. Eftirfarandi kom fram í ilmi: Ger, brauð (normalbrauð), marsípan, mjólkursýra, ostur, brauðkassi. Þegar var smakkað á víninu þá komu fram: Oxunartónar, líka osta/mjólkursýrubragð. Síðan eftir smá stund í glasi þá fundust líka rúsínur og greipaldin ásamt steinefnum. Talsverð sýra. Mikið vín og fyrir minn smekk yfirdrifið. Áhugavert samt að hafa smakkað það. Þetta vín kom áberandi best út í nýju Riedel kampavínsglösunum.

  Trece años a cuestas, ni mas ni menos. De color pajizo con destellos dorados. Nariz expresiva, madura, perfumada, muchas huellas de la autolisis, frutos secos y atractiva mineralidad. En boca tiene buen ataque, paso goloso, acidez muy bien integrada, paso cremoso, bastante volumen, notable longitud y gran profundidad. Hoy por hoy mi espumoso nacional favorito...
