Had the rest back in 2018, liked them then, but its gotten better with age.
Blueberries, cherries and rubber hose on the nose. Slight hint of yeast.. maybe because its bottled with the lees?
The palate is similar to the nose, but with some salinity and a slightly bitter aftertaste. A decent amount of tannin and acid. Very pleasant, i will buy this again on its next release.
