  Lean, but concentrated. Definitely not overly heavy like many of the 2018,2016s
  Aromas of white fruits, such as underripe white peaches, as well as lemon. Strong mineral notes
  Good concentration and excellent acidity
  Drinking well now but has a decade or more of life ahead of it
  A well made white burgundy worthy of its appellation / level and vintage
  
  91-92 potential

  2017 (mostly) Cote de Beaune Premier Crus vol 2 (Adam's, Logan Square, Chicago IL): Nose: The nose immediately shows a step up with extra depth and balance. Within that frame are tones of vanilla, pears, red apples, toast, crushed rocks, quince, and yellow florals.
  
  Taste: The feel is medium/full bodied with tart, medium+ acidity. There is an extra density to the feel along with vanilla, pears, red apples, toast, quince, and yellow florals.
  
  Overall: This had gotten a lot of air and it still felt like it was holding back. There is excellent balanced with the fruit showing more dimension and depth across the nose and palate. This needs the better part of 5 years to really get going, but there is still an excellent wine here.
