  If you can describe a wine as strong, not in terms of alcohol content but taste, then this wine is perfect for this description. Strong black coffee and cocoa (yes that's not a joke) strong herbs, strong spices, and especially black pepper, which is visible from start to finish. Black olives work here too. The acidity is just right, but the tannins are strong, but they don't bother me. A very long finish with all above ingredients. Plus another surprise - milk chocolate. Shirah without black fruits???
  They are here, but in ... smell. And here we have the classic Sirah. In addition to blackberries, blackcurrants and blueberries, there are also herbs, minerals, flowers. Finally, I will write that this wine is not for everyone precisely because of its unusual strong taste, which may put many people off. And it attracts me.
