  Great stuff. At €10/bottle (bought at the winery) a crazy bargain. Buy some strawberries and open a bottle of chilled Bricco Quaglia!

  2018 빈티지의 4.5% 의 화이트 와인이다.
  페일레몬의 깨끗한 색 향은 강도도 좋고 섬세하면서도 복잡함을 지니고 있다.
  
  모스카토 다스티의 3대장으로 불리는 친구로
  지금의 라 스피네타의 명성을 쌓아준 장본인이다.
  
  상큼한 백도향을 시작으로 배향
  그리고 미네랄과 스톤이 지배적이다. (최고!)
  하얀 꽃향이 그 뒤를 스프레이처럼 섬세하게 감싼다.
  
  입안에 한 모금 머금으면 기분좋은 청량감과 더불어 생동감 넘치는 산미와 산뜻한 바디감이 경쾌하다. 크리미한 텍스쳐와 더불어 밸런스가 좋은 탓에 물리지도 않고 자꾸 손이간다.
  
  스월링을 하면서 점차 달큰함이 올라오는데
  살구향과 꿀향과 잘익은 과일향
  망고의 살짝 꾸리한 뉘앙스에 열대과일향
  리치의 알맹이가 아닌 껍데기에 남는 밤같은 뉘앙스
  그리고 약간의 스모키함이 살아난다.
  
  입안에서 산도와 청량감과 함께 퍼져나가는 꽃향과 사과의 산미같은 팔렛이 매력적이다

  Closed for the entire evening - didn’t get much out of the nose. Palate was sweet and well balanced with good fruit. Fair wine. Goes pretty well with Sichuan spicy chicken hotpot.
