Lots of apricot, peach, orange peel citrus (the acidity lends itself to this) at the edges. Sweet as it should be but with crisp acidity and a round but focused sharpness to the palate to keep it un-cloying. Drank as an aperitif. Really nice, substantive, low alcohol moscato.

Bramble Dinner (Oak Avenue, Singapore): Pretty little Moscato. This was an absolute flower-basket of a wine. Incense, ylang ylang and rose, almost hand-cream like on the nose. Palate was fresh and frothy with a little spritz and tone of fresh flowers moving into perfumed poutpourri and wilted flowers at the finish. Not quite as much substance as the Michele Chiarlo, but this had plenty of charm in its own right.

Good, fresh muscat nose. Quite foamy in the mouth. A good example.

Consistent notes. fading acidity and lift (cork/bottle showed signs of leakage), average fruit quality.

Paul & Elsa's Anniversary Dinner (Sean & John's private dining experience): Spritzy white flowers and honeysuckle. Very lively and jumping fresh. More bubbly than the Nivole. Nice balance and fun drinking.
