Medium straw. Bright stone fruit aromas with a hint of citrus. Its fresh, fruit driven and an attractive profile. Palate is dry to slightly off dry. It's rich with great depth and length. Balanced acid and stone fruit. a mineral acid backbone. Much fresh and more fruit driven than the previous bottle.

Medium deep straw to golden. Much heavier, oxidative and more botrytis influenced rather than fresh citrus. Big rich palate. Dense stone fruit. Not the freshness and youthfulness I had anticipated so pretty disappointing.

Dinner out in Jersey with some friends: I enjoy the GG Rieslings especially young (perhaps because petrol isn't really my favorite). This is nice and sharp and almost a hint green in style. Drinks well. Good pre-dinner sipper.

Decanted 2h, Golden hue, nose is lemon zest, stone fruit, high acidity as expected, slight oily mouthfeel, great quality wine and will develope with time. All tho very good already with some decanting.
