Juicy, beautiful red slightly sour cherry, red licorice, white pepper maybe a bit of tar. Cranberry all day long. Light bodied very pretty finish and yum.

Medium bodied, rustic. Mouth-coating cherries, earth, iron -- backed by generous brett that expands with 8 hours of air. Would be at home in a line up with Pur Breton and Cuvee de Jacobins Rouge, or anywhere brett is center stage. Morish.

Third Coast Soif (Chicago, IL): Slightly fizzy still. Lots of dust and tannin, but balanced with good acidity. Very structural.
