  • A deep and powerful wine, and rather singular at the moment. Still a very dark meniscus that belies much age. Intense and concentrated nose full of black fruits with touches iron and pepper. The back palate is more rounded and velvety, comfortably wearing its 15 degrees of alcohol discreetly, but a good tannic bit and more than enough acidity. A long way to go for this age wise, but delicious with game in the meantime.
