cloudy, leomn colour - with stronger apricot reflexes. nose: really funky - prickly pear, tangerine, nectarine, flowers; some tart notes some yeasty. taste: medium (+) acidity; lemons, green apples, unripe peaches, quince, bergamot. wine is dry and mineral with limestone and white pepper notes. Very pleasant, complex and refreshing.

Pale orange color. Lots of herbal and floral aromas. Wheat paste and apricot aromas. Orange zest. Very nice and fun to drink. Lots more sprite-liness on the palate. Not petillent, but more acid/herbal. Lots of character and fun to drink. Day 3. A little more feral fruit to the nose and palate. And that’s just fine. Still an apricot and varnish context. Peppery, spicy, arugula.

Third Coast Soif (Chicago, IL): Despite being a pet nat (?), there's still that peppery quality of GV here. A little bit of the hand-soapy thing going on that I'm not a huge fan of.
