Our sixth, and last, bottle. Slo-oxed for ~15 minutes, chilled. This bottle was as satisfying as our previous bottles. Clear pale straw yellow. Mostly minerality and citrus on the nose. The medium bodied palate showed the minerality, the lemon citrus, and a touch of green apple. The acidity was juicy making this a fine palate cleansing wine, and there was no indication of oak. Should hold for a couple of years. Would definitely buy another vintage.

Our fifth bottle of this consistently satisfying wine. Slo-oxed for ~20 minutes, chilled. Lots of minerality and a touch of citrus on the nose. The medium bodied palate showed the minerality, some green apple, and some lemon citrus. The acidity was juicy making this a fine palate cleansing, and food friendly wine. There was no indication of oak. A straight-forward, no-frills chardonnay that should hold for a couple of years.

Slo-oxed for ~20 minutes, chilled. Paired particularly well with flounder in a butter/wine/caper sauce. Showed as well as previous bottles. Clear light yellow. Mostly minerality and citrus on the nose, with a whiff of white flowers. The medium bodied palate showed the minerality, the lemon citrus, and some green apple. The acidity was juicy making this a fine palate cleansing wine. There was no indication of oak, but there was a touch of lemon pith on the finish. Should hold for a couple of years.
