Community Tasting Notes (1)

  • Purchased for $21. A really interesting blend of Baga, Castelão Nacional, Bastardo, Tinta Pinheira, Souzão Alfrocheiro and Trincadeira. Initial nose is lots of barnyard terroir. Juicy red fruit, slight hint of sour cherry, leather, wet slate, and hints of herbs. I really like the earthy notes in Campolargo wines. Grade: B+
