  DWO - Niemcy (On-line): Pale white colour, with some fizz. Mineral nose a bit closed at the beginning, need some time open, fewer fruits more into herbs/green direction. Dry with mineral finish.

  31 days of Riesling tasting
  Rich and concentrated aromas of lemon and red apple, backed up by flint and gun smoke. On the palate stone fruit and lemon/lime zest, still high acidity but balanced with body and flavour intensity, long floral slightly saline finish. Great on its own or with creamy food.

  Lovely riesling with everything in place. Good fruit (pear & lemon) with minerality and balance. There is a good mouthwatering acidity, but there is also yellow fruit with sweetness and flavour to balance it. Great QPR!

  脆油桃，梨子，半熟芒果香生动，果香活跃爽利，清新中带一点丰满感，后端略带细丝矿感和汽油味。入口酒体中等，微咸，带有一定饱满感和丰满度。酸度较高前端略带锐利感，总体柔和。油桃，梨子，青凤梨，青芒果，柚子等果味，颇为活泼，中后段有金属感和一点汽油味，结尾美中不足，带柑橘皮的苦绕在喉头。
  
  第二天果味有点妖娆肥美感，苦味消退。 第三天还是不错，嗅觉上有熟苹果和淡奶油的风味。入口还是比较匀整，带有些许粘稠感。89/100

  Great depth and weight considering its modest price tag. As always with this cuvée. Could use a year or so to shed some baby fat and gain more complexity. Rating based on tonight's performance and will most certainly gain higher rating with some years under the hood.
