  Chianti Classico Riserva 'Gran Selezione' from Excellent Tenuta Bibbiano stemming from the Montornello vineyards with 100% Sangiovese.
  
  As 2014 was a sub par vintage in Chianti this was enjoyed young (2020) with pasta, olive oil, tomato, parmesan and chorizo.
  
  Primary aromas dominate. Blackberry, red cherries, black currant. Some liquorice and hints of oak appear.
  
  Strong acidity in the attack countered by fruit sweetness and young strong tannins. Med+ body. Med+ finish.
  
  Drink now with (Italian) food ��
