  Holiday backlog continues. Gave this a 45min decant and it was ready to go.
  
  Light ruby color in the glass. Nose of rose petal, ripe red fruit and leather. Initial notes were sour cherry, leather, and cigar box. This opened up in the glass with ripe red fruit, floral notes, baking spice and earthy forrest floor. Med finish of leather and ripe cherry.
  
  Med bodied, mature tannins, great acidity and nicely dry. This was very pleasant and refreshing.
  
  Decent bottle age on this and it showed. Very enjoyable wine.
