Work Wine Tasting - Pairs (Home): A nicely honied, slightly barley-sugared richness. 6putts sweetness with good balancing acidity made this ideal with a nut tart. Good but not top flight. ***1/2

Lovely bottle but was expecting more. nose a little muted with candied oranges and Botrytis. palate like the nose but with additional caramel and citrus, again a little muted. medium/short aftertaste. A god wine, but not worth the tariff.

Deep old gold to bronze in colour. Obviously ripe and sugary on the nose with notes of orange peel / marmalade. Sweet as expected for 6Putts, but equally with good balancing acidity. Moderate complexity and length. Very decent but not top flight Tokaji. Lacks intensity and that piercing/gripping quality. ***1/2

Tasting at Kapcsandy Winery (and is 08 even better than 07?): This is outstanding. Orange/copper in color. The nose is floral with oranges and orange blossoms. On the palate, this is sweet with great balance/acidity. Oranges and some orange rind. long finish. One of the best Tokaji I have had.

Still is great, same as last notes. Might be the best bottle I have ever had.
