PnD let air for 1hr.
Clear medium ruby.
Clean. Medium with aromas of cherry porcini green peppercorn sage and raspberry.
Dry. Medium alcohol tannins acidity and body. Medium intensity with flavours of cherry sage porcini and raspberry.
Medium finish. Good. Drink now not suitable for further ageing. Solid early week Sangiovese. Way over priced in BC.
