  Pale golden color with a bit of sediment/crystals near the bottom. Nose of tropical fruit with a bit of lemon zest, seashell and a touch of oak spice. Ripe apple and tropical fruit with a bit of baking spice on the palate. Medium acid, medium+ body with a rounded mouthfeel. Drinks sort of like a new world sauv blanc that sees some oak treatment in a way. Could be the Grgich (Napa) influence.

  Delightful. Melon and pineapple on the palate, hints of peach, lemon zest and spice. Very nice fresh finish.
