  PNP into Zalto Burgundy glass (“No” day): Pale ruby to the eyes.
  
  Pacalet style at its core. Very good indeed but very different style compared to the previous bottle.
  
  94 points.
  
  Second round: more fresh grapefruits, floral and earthy notes.
  
  Third round: really cool set of berry fruits at this stage.

  Slow-oxed for 24 hours prior to serving into Zalto Burgundy glass (“Flower” day): Pale ruby to the eyes.
  
  Signature slightly mossy notes, bright organic ruby cherry notes. Herbal, florals. Very clean and pure indeed.
  
  Screamingly high and bright acidity that sets this apart, really amazing minerality too.
  
  94 points easy.
  
  Blinded in today’s lineup:
  
  Pale ruby with slightly cloudy colours.
  
  More seaweed and mossy notes. Cherry fruits.
  
  Very fine streak of minerality and high acidity here.
  
  94 points.
  
  Second round: Savoury spices, leafy and smoky notes. Earthy and petite berries.

  Medium musty color. Aged nose with faded fruit and wet forest mushroom. Dry, (surprisingly) bright acidity, soft tannins on end, on palate ripe strawberry and emerging savory notes. Medium full body. Good balance. Long finish. Too aged for me. 90(6). GUESS BURGUNDY 2000. RESULT BASS PHILLIP 2017 (4).

  Pale garnet,medium(+) rose,strawberry,red cherry,ripe fruit,candy,wet leaves,hazelnut,dry,high acidity,ripe medium(+) tannin,low alcohol,medium body,medium(+) finish,very good wine,suitable for bottle ageing
