I’d certainly guess Bordeaux blind. Very pretty warm saddle leather aromas. Smooth entry. Outstanding density and chewy texture. Long and tasty finish. Amazing value at under $20.

Very good merlot cab franc blend that is still showing dark fruit notes, overall still showing decent structure. Paired with BBQ and it held up nicely. The QPR is amazing and drinking well. Did not decant, PnP. Wouldn’t rush to drink just yet, but wouldn’t forget it’s there either.

Fantastic value for money from a top rate South African producer. Loaded with dark fruit like cherries and black pepper, it's perfect with a mid week steak with the medium tannins. If you can get hold of some of their Rubicon, particularly with some age, then it's a real treat.

Cherry red color, aromas of sweet red cherries, soft tanins, read to drink, don't see this wine improving with aging, familiar with the 100% merlot which is much better than this wine. First and last time i purchase this wine. $20 CA and very average for the price
