Pale gold, with medium intensity, developing aromas of buttercups, lemon, apricot, honey. This wine is medium sweet and has medium alcohol and medium plus body and acidity. This wine has medium intensity, flavors of apricot, peach, vanilla, ginger, pear, muskmelon, honey, and butter scotch and has a long finish. This is a very good wine that should be drunk now until 2035.

Lost my notes unfortunately but this was fantastic. Layered and complex. Like a gorgeous apple and pear pie, streaked with minerality, and dusted in sugar.

Aroma: creamy vanilla with roasted nuts, pears and a hint of mint. Palate: amazingly complex quince and pear flavors with tropical fruits, nuts, vanilla and butterscotch. Nice acidic backbone gives verve and energy and prevents it from being cloying.

A little sweet. But really complex and tasty.

Noticeably sweeter than the regular Moelleux, rich and flavorful, though lacks the lightly tart note and complexity, a bit one-dimensionally sweet.
