  Brought to a dinner party for several of us enjoying this birth year. Minimal expectations but turned out to be very drinkable and a great experience if you love older wines as I do. Much more intensity on the nose than on the palate which was starting to fade so definitely on the decline. I am sure it was much more delicious 20 years ago, but always an honor to drink a fifty year old wine that still has something to offer.
