This Paso Robles Sauvignon Blanc intially comes across quite rich, with aromas of peach, lemon, pineapple, along with hints of brioche & jasmine. The pallate brings lemon & lime citus flavors with a certain creaminess and a touch of smoke on the surprisingly long finish. However a med-low acidity did make the wine come across just a tad flat. Nonetheless, very good and paired well with chicken & basil stir fry! ($15) [8/16/21]

Medium straw color with a good shine. Medium+ intensity, tropical bouquet of papaya, grapefruit, kiwi, guava, and a light offering of herbs/grass. The palate explodes upon entry with all of that tasty fruit, leading to a bedding of light glycerin and minerality, though overall the persistence is somewhat limited and simple. Very crowd-pleasing. 5+11+16+7= 89

Lemon, pineapple, and grapefruit. Good quality for the $15 price tag. Would buy again.
