  • Appearance - clear, medium/medium minus intensity, ruby but more on the purple to red. It looks like a young, light wine. Like a Gamy or light Italian aperitif.

Nose - youthful, medium plus intensity. Ripe red fruits. Strawberry, raspberry jammy fruit. more sweet to tart.

Palate - I’m enjoying it with a slight chill and it’s working. It’s young, fresh, an aperitif. Palate consistent with nose. Acidity is medium. Alcohol medium (12.5) toward the lighter side. Can see this pairing nicely with cheese and meats. Tannins appear on finish. Inside gum. Feels balanced.

A nice wine to pair with an assortment of tapas. Food friendly. I think it’s a wine you drink young.
