  Very interesting bottle. Unscrewed and poured - Clear ruby, nice pinot nose with cherry, spice and a nice earthiness. In the mouth, initially light cherry completely dissapearing to a hollow mid-pallate, medium length dry finish. Dissapointing and watery. I decided to chill the wine a bit and placed the open bottle in the fridge while finishing the first glass. The initial glass did not improve with air, however, the second glass (now slightly cold) was 100% better. Same nose, now cherry and sour cherry with a little spice in the mouth comtinuing to the finish. Much the same on day 2. This wine never showed great complexity, but at ~$10 it was (chilled) a very satifying and enjoyable bottle.
