From 75cl, DIAM10 closure, opened but not decanted 1 hour, did not improve in glass. The bitterness I noted on 28.02.2020 was very present on the mid-palate. Tropical fruits scent, no butter, perhaps some caramel; remarkably slender entry, with bright papaya/pineapple/passionfruit in a dry, not-mouthwatering format; bitter, astringent, Fernet Branca-like mid-palate finish. Conceivable this might yield in a couple of years to reveal richness, but I wouldn't bet on it. 91P

Pale gold color. Drank a glass over 90 minutes. Had this for Mom's birthday. So here's the problem; I only bought 4 of these, and this was the second one. That said, there's always something else to drink. This was absolutely as good as the last bottle we had a year ago. Leesy, with slate, pear, green apple, and a little tropical note on the nose. The palate offers a complex and well balanced mix of pear, tangerine, creamy texture, with stone, lemon and a little spice box on the finish. The palate has a broad velvety texture, excellent intensity, modest oak and an expansive finish. Really, really nice. 94+(+)pts.

Pop and pour, this is a stellar chardonnay that overdelivers for the price. To me, its clearly California, with big fruit. But the oak is in check and there's a fair amount of acid, complexity and balance.

Orchard fruits on the nose. Touch of citrus, spice and fizz on the palate. Medium+ body and finish. Nice chard but not our favorite Ramey.

Excellent. Orchard fruit, minor citrus and mineral notes and big, smooth body with long finish.
