Bright, dark golden color. Pretty leesy fig & apple aromas with a pronounced nuttiness & a hint of pineapple. Big toast, with a creamy palate of apple, pineapple & tangerine citrus. Finishes toasty & leesy. Great mouthfeel to this wine.

The Blind Drunks monthly tasting ("The Garage"): Tasted double blind. Straw colored wine. Notes of toasty oak and faint vanilla. Flavors of oak, butterscotch and nice fruit. Oak is not overbearing - this is enjoyable. Easy to identify as Chardonnay from California.

Lots and lots of oak. Decently well integrated into the fruit ... lots of butter popcorn. Big CA chardonnay. Not my preference, but okay.
