1991 Burgundy (Chez Bruce, London): Slightly duller, cherry red. A little smudged on the palate. Lovely density. Some brightness on the finish. A nicely novelist meatiness with some sweetness at the edges. Pulls together nicely. Still broad and meaty, but more harmonious before starting to come apart again after a couple of hours. ****

Slight animale element. Identical nose to the Jadot. Absolutely complete, round and sweet fruited.
