Wow. So fresh. Green apple, lemon, hints of strawberry, autolysis. Amazing acid and a coating minerality. Similar to nose. So yummy, so accessible yet it has such a serious mineral underlay. This runs circles around many higher priced, higher rated bottlings.

Degorgé 2021. Made from vendange 2017 (80%) and 2016 (20%). Floral and fruity notes on the nose. On the palate yellow and green apples, pear, peach and medium acidity. No bitterness. Nice balance, easy to drink.

Very enjoyable. Focused, almost steely on first sip. Fruit components tend to be citrus, citrus rind. Linear, not super expansive on palate so it makes for a great pairing with freshly shucked oysters.
