  This would have really stood out as a really nice wine had it not been followed by the 78 Bonne Mares. Decanted for about an hour. Nice fruit on the nose, with the color starting to show some age. Some classic Burgundian tobacco and cherry both in the glass and on the palate. Tannins nicely integrated. Probably at its peak, still could last another year easily.
