  Good bubbles, dry almost austere for blanc de noir but a lots of flavor that opened a bit as it warmed up, medium body, good fruit, drank with lobster tails over whole wheat pasta with veggies, will drink again, DC wines are consistently excellent. Drinking Bollinger PN VZ 15 tomorrow, another 100% Pinot Noir wine, will see.
