Pale yellow color. Developing, med(+) aromas of honey, red plum, strawberry, peach, watermelon, almond, a bit of Parmigiano Reggiano. Med(-) body, dry, high acid, med alcohol, med(+) finish. Again, similar to low end NV Champagne but I think this is better than say Nicolas Feuillatte for its crisp acidity. Drinking well now but could improve over next few years.

Aromas of brioche, yeast, yogurt, blanched almonds, maybe a bit of pear. Fruit doesn’t jump out in the nose.
Medium to heavy bodied, rich and decadent. A bit confectionery but not cloying. Would love a touch more acid. Solid wine but not overly complex. Good value at ~$30-35.

Very nice sparkling wine. Purchased at the winery this was the QPR selection with Reve, their flagship being my favorite. (Shocking @ 3 times the price😀)

Very pleasant and refreshing, with notes of brioche, tart apple, and lemon zest. Excellent QPR.
