Tightly wound and tightly defined. There's a bit going on - dry lemon, sinewy but has enough stuffing, dark around the edges. Has length, peppery around the edges, flinty but not particularly minerally. For me it's very young and needs another 2 - 3 years before revisiting.

Needs some time. Interesting to see how the next bottle opens in 3-4 years. Floral, then citrus notes up front are soon dominated by intense matchstick reduction on the nose. Good length, finishing with ripe grapefruit .

Never had a bad Oakridge Chardonnay and this continues the trend. Refreshing grapefruit, white peach, crisp, mineral zing. Good length, good wine.
