Consumed over 2 days, rescrewed and refrigerated, note from day 2. Appearance: Clear, medium lemon. Nose: Clean, medium intensity with aromas of green apple, pear, and steel with subtle licorice hints. Palate: Dry, pronounced acid, medium intensity, medium + body, 13.6% abv with flavors of green apple, pear, and saline with a medium + finish. Still quite youthful with many years left, slightly out of balance, tartness dominates, to my palate. Can drink now or or over next 5+ years.

Unscrewed and poured, consumed over 2 hours. Appearance: Clear, medium gold. Nose: Clean, medium intensity with aromas of pear, green apple, acacia, and toast. Palate: Dry, medium+ acid, medium+ body, medium , with developing flavors of green apple, pear, and saline with a medium+ finish. Overall an excellent wine excelling in intensity and length, slightly out of balance at the moment - still youthful, needs a year or two to come into balance. (consumed in Puerto Vallarta)

For me this continues to improve. I liked the balance. Slightly sweet fruit up front, with pineapple and peach. Spicy oak adds texture to a decent dry finish. Very nice.

Quite intense on the nose, reductive and intriguing white floral blossom, earthy mineral, spice, and white pepper, and acacia aromas. The medium-full bodied palate has balanced, crisp acidity with complex lemony, grapefruit, and spice flavours. Long, crisp finish.
