  • PnP, 13% Alc., drunk from Riedel Sommeliere glasses 'Grand Burgundy'. Clear pale yellow color.

Nose: Quite expressive, minerality, pear with a touch lemons zests.

Palate: Quite concentrated juice but never opulent, spiciness paired with animating freshness, white pears (Williams Christ), vibrant with lots of tension, charming sweetness, very natural no acid added, good precision. A wine full of harmony and great pleasure to drink now.

In more acidic vintages, this WB is one of the best but requires at least five years cellar age. A very good accompaniment to asparagus, we had Iberico with it.
