  • Direct purchase at the winery after release. With asparagus, PnP, 13.5 % Alc., yellow color.

Nose: Banana, may be some pineapple.

Palate: Concentrated, oily and heavy, banana, tropical fruit, going a bit into the sweet wine area, not inspiring, still good drinkable, but without real pleasure and an animating drinking flow.

A few years ago I had the 2008 and loved it, this 2007 I don't like. The difference, 2007 was first considered as a vintage of the century, because of its perfect sunny weather condition. Later people realized that this wasn't the case. In comparison, 2008 was much rainier and colder, therefore considered less good. How wrong one can be.

Watch out for a very classic vintage 2021 in Germany with a lot of natural acid!
