  Blackfruit - blackberry/ plum blueberry
  Spice black pepper
  Cooked gaminess
  Dry, mid-acid, med- tannin, hi alc, full body, long mid-palate, long developing aftertaste

  Inky in color with a purple edge; blueberry and blackberry on the nose, with undertones of pepper, lavender and violets. Full bodied with pretty good acidity. Ripe and lush (for an old world wine) in that way that Crozes can be. Missing that bite and savory element that I tend to crave in the norther Rhone. Drink now.
