In very good shape. Elegant, complex nose with fruit, vanilla, and some spice. Rich red fruit on the palate with a very refined tannic structure and a smooth, lengthy finish of delicious fruit.

The color is dark red with a strict aroma suggestive of dark chocolate. It has a full taste of rich fruit with hints of black pepper and oak. Smooth an powerful. One of the best pours lately.

From half-bottle. A bit reticent on opening, this was actually quite mild and forgettable with dinner of mexican food. However, after about an hour of air, it woke up, finally showing earthy Cabernet flavors of cassis and black cherry, with a hint of green pepper. Tannins emerged on the back, and became quite prominent on the last half of the second glass. A lot of sediment in the bottom, so pour carefully or strain.

Glass closure. A cloudy dark red. Nicely structured.
