Medium yellow - immediately honey on the nose, white flowers and grapefruit. Very flavorful on the palate, sweetness and tannin at the fore, but not without perceptible acid; it’s uniquely balanced in flavor. Tastes of honey and nectar, medium-full bodied, sour apple, stone fruits, nectarines. Delightfully sweet, average length with a sweet (but not cloying), slightly tannic finish. This is a great sweet (if not outright dessert) wine, would make a wonderful treat at the end of dinner.

Lemons, oranges, peaches, apricots, nectarines. Medium bodied with great acid. Pairing it with seafood (pasta with mussels) really brought out some mineral notes and increased the intensity of flavors.

Made from the Cortese varietal, this has a medium-high intensity nose that is fresh, perfumed, and fragrant with ripe stone fruit, white peach, white floral, and yellow fruit aromas. The dry palate is also ripe flavoured with pear, honeydew, floral, and white peach replays. Very good, fresh acidity. Juicy on the finish with very good length.
