Pale gold in colour. The nose is mineral, lychee, spice, lime, apple, orange and pear and of medium intensity. Not a simple wine. On the palatte those lovely fruit are quite the opposite of what you would expect. Bone dry, fresh, crisp, elegant. Medium(+) body with high acidity. Med(+) intensity. Well balanced with the fruit and acidity contributing to a decent, interesting finish. Foodwise, not one for the traditional Gewürz fare of spicy asian food. Drink it instead of a Sancerre, troken Riesling or Chablis.
