$26 in MI. I was looking for something with lots of flavor and cut per unit of alcohol in a new item. The fruit comes from the vicinity of Traben-Trarbach, in the lower part of the middle Mosel. DRINK: Classical salty stone nose of reflective gold; it’s the taste of direct sunlight in August. It seems to seethe with pale green perfume, lemon oil, splintered rock, and pollen extractions. The drama hinges around the bold, you could say charismatic, coarseness of this terroir, and an inspired, fine tuned arrangement.

Nice. Dry, with driving stony minerality. Petrol, green apple, river stone, and a maybe a little bit of pineapple.
